Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
• Optimize inventory levels to ensure material availability for manufacturing while minimizing holding costs.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with freight carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce transportation costs, and enhance delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Utilize logistics software and data analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, train, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence and meet departmental goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing logistics and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, demand planning, and lean logistics principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on process improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/WMS systems like SAP EWM or Oracle SCM.
• Experience with international customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
