Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems issues.
• Install, assemble, and commission new manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct repairs and rebuilds of components such as motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Fabricate and modify machine parts using various tools and techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex equipment failures.
• Adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
