Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Conduct process capability studies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality) on process development and problem-solving.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
• Experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS)
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and scripting
