Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for production, engineering, maintenance, and skilled trades roles.
• Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments specific to manufacturing roles and environments.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer for all manufacturing positions.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EEO guidelines and company safety policies.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or production roles.
• Solid understanding of the manufacturing sector, its typical roles (e.g., engineers, skilled trades, production staff), and talent acquisition challenges.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools/platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing processes or terminology
• Experience with high-volume recruiting strategies
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
