Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet output targets and delivery schedules.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics to ensure material availability.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Lead, train, and mentor production teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive management experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and production planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse production teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and a solid understanding of quality (e.g., ISO) and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
• Multi-site operational leadership experience.
