Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices and interpret schematics.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components, motors, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company lockout/tagout procedures.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment and instrumentation for optimal performance and accuracy.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status accurately.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and production lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Strong understanding and ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant safety regulations (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash).

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and HMI development experience
• Instrumentation and calibration expertise
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet)
• Robotics troubleshooting and maintenance experience
