Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems to ensure continuous production.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect intellectual property and operational data.
• Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for all IT and OT related issues, minimizing production downtime.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments, to enhance manufacturing efficiency and data analytics.
• Ensure IT systems compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and internal audit requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams, manage projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in cybersecurity principles and practices, particularly for OT/IT convergence in industrial settings.
• Experience with IT strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management to support production goals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, industrial networks).
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Specific experience with cybersecurity in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments.
