Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC and HMI/SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues on production lines and machinery.
• Integrate new control systems with existing plant infrastructure, robotics, and databases.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control system documentation.
• Participate in the commissioning, startup, and optimization of new automated processes.
• Implement and maintain industrial network architectures and communication protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement robust safety control systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) for industrial automation.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system design and development (e.g., FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Ignition).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical and control system issues.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and motion control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in vision system setup and programming (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Experience with industrial data historian systems (e.g., OSI PI) or MES integration.
• Familiarity with IIoT protocols and platforms (e.g., MQTT, OPC UA).
