Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders).
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs.
• Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Monitor machine operations, making adjustments to optimize performance and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery and tooling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code for program editing and machine setup
• Strong understanding of various metals, tooling, and machining processes

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for program optimization or design review.
• Experience with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM) and complex GD&T interpretation.
• Ability to perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
