Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and staffing for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and employee development programs tailored for manufacturing staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA and safety regulations.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs for all manufacturing employees.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, talent acquisition, and succession planning within the plant.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor relations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse manufacturing workforce, including skilled trades and production roles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with operational goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English) to support a diverse workforce.
- Understanding of manufacturing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and workers' compensation processes.
