Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, industrial machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices and diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components to ensure optimal operation.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Adhere strictly to all electrical codes, safety regulations, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Work with PLCs, VFDs, and other automated control systems for troubleshooting and repair.
• Run conduit, pull wire, and make connections for new and existing equipment installations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience with industrial motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA 70E safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience
• Experience with VFDs, servo drives, and motion control systems
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
• Robotics electrical troubleshooting and basic programming experience
