Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Ludington that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery, control systems, and power distribution.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical infrastructure to ensure operational reliability and safety.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications for wiring and repairs.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, electrical codes, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Conduct electrical upgrades, modifications, and new equipment installations as required.
• Test, calibrate, and adjust electrical instruments and control devices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent industrial electrical license.
• Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo drives, and power distribution systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, Kuka).
• Certification in Arc Flash Safety (NFPA 70E).
• Proficiency in SCADA system configuration and HMI development.
• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
