Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical power, lighting, and control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and other control systems for programming, repair, and modification.
  • Document all repairs, maintenance, and installations accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, motors, and control circuits.
  • Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automation and process control.
  • Thorough understanding and adherence to electrical safety codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC) and lockout/tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial robotics maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in advanced PLC programming and diagnostics (e.g., Rockwell Logix 5000).
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management.
  • Experience with instrumentation and process control systems.
