Salary Range: $124,000 - $173,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for manufactured goods.
• Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing deviations and providing corrective recommendations.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making and drive manufacturing efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial information.
• Optimize cash flow management and working capital strategies within the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with significant time in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with internal controls, GAAP compliance, and financial audit processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) for financial modeling and insights.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP system implementation, optimization, or significant module upgrades within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of supply chain finance, including inventory optimization and logistics cost analysis.
