Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI applications for automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, software, and control system failures on production equipment.
• Develop and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control documentation, and programming standards.
• Lead the integration, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and control systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing control systems for enhanced safety, efficiency, and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams on automation systems.
• Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with industry safety standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including motors, sensors, and actuators.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation issues.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, control panel design, and wiring standards.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for machinery and automation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Robotics programming and integration experience (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA)
• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data acquisition and analysis
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems
