Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI applications for automated manufacturing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, software, and control system failures on production equipment.
- Develop and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control documentation, and programming standards.
- Lead the integration, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and control systems.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing control systems for enhanced safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams on automation systems.
- Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including motors, sensors, and actuators.
- Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation issues.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, control panel design, and wiring standards.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for machinery and automation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Robotics programming and integration experience (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA)
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
- Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data acquisition and analysis
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems
