Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the continuous improvement strategy and roadmap.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels in CI principles and tools.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks across manufacturing operations.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and problem-solving workshops.
• Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or Master Black Belt (LSSMBB)
• 5+ years of progressive experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional improvement projects from ideation to sustainment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in relevant data analysis tools and techniques
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and change management skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing CI initiatives.
• Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
