Salary Range: $134,000 - $185,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production output, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage plant budgets, control operational expenses, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
• Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and sales departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing manufacturing operations and diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
• Experience with advanced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) and production scale-up initiatives.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or other advanced safety leadership qualifications.
