Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics to ensure material availability.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle
• Experience implementing or managing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
