Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Montague seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and engineering roles.
• Source active and passive candidates using diverse channels relevant to manufacturing talent.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and skills assessments for technical roles.
• Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment screenings specific to factory environments.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in job fairs and community outreach to build talent pipelines for critical manufacturing positions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades positions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and typical job functions.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates in niche manufacturing fields.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job boards.
• Excellent interviewing skills, with an emphasis on evaluating technical and cultural fit for a plant environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing roles and skill sets (e.g., CNC machinists, welders, quality inspectors).
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or production roles in a high-volume environment.
