Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Design and improve manufacturing layouts, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype to full production, ensuring manufacturability.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to processes, equipment, and materials, implementing corrective actions.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and BOMs.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical challenges and drive product improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation, welding).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Project management skills for process implementation and optimization.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python for data analysis)
- Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Previous experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
