Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for product integration and application within manufacturing environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance and customer processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to product application and integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in applying technical products or solutions to specific customer use cases.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) or complex CAM programming.
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
