Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the finishing department, ensuring production targets are met.
• Supervise, train, and develop finishing personnel and operators.
• Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards for all finished products.
• Implement and uphold all safety regulations and best practices within the finishing area.
• Optimize finishing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction.
• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, coating, assembly, inspection).
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP/MES systems
• Experience with automated finishing processes or robotics
• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification
