Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of finishing department personnel.
• Ensure all finished products consistently meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow to achieve daily output targets efficiently.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies within the finishing area.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform minor adjustments or maintenance on finishing equipment.
• Train new employees on finishing processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, quality checks, and material usage.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong understanding and commitment to quality control standards and final product inspection
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a production team effectively
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot process issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Technical proficiency with relevant finishing equipment, materials, and safety protocols

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced ERP/MES systems for production planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in specialized finishing techniques such as powder coating or electroplating.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members for skill enhancement.
