Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical control systems and components for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance across the facility.
• Manage electrical projects, including upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Develop and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and process efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on electrical systems and controls.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI development.
• Experience with industrial control systems, motor control centers, and power distribution (up to 480V).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles and ability to create/read electrical schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical).
• Knowledge of relevant electrical safety codes and standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation platforms (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems).
• Familiarity with functional safety standards and machine safety design.
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and IIoT concepts.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
