Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Standard Work, SMED, Kanban, VSM).
- Identify and eliminate waste in manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping to analyze current state processes and design future state improvements.
- Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on Lean principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
- Utilize data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive problem-solving activities using methodologies like A3 and Root Cause Analysis.
- Develop and maintain standardized work procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban).
- Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives and waste reduction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and A3 thinking.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control techniques for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills to foster a continuous improvement culture.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced statistical analysis.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience developing and delivering Lean training programs to diverse audiences.
