Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Balance production demand with available manufacturing capacity and resource constraints.
• Monitor production progress, identify deviations, and adjust schedules proactively.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement to align production plans with forecasts and material availability.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and customer order trends to optimize production sequencing.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to support the MPS.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for demand planning, scheduling, and capacity management.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven scheduling decisions.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with production, sales, procurement, and logistics teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, OMP).
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for schedule performance reporting.
• Experience participating in or leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
