Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end flow of a specific value stream, from raw material to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies within the value stream using Lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, throughput, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, supply chain, and quality, to achieve value stream objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of problem-solving and innovation within the value stream.
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize value stream performance.
• Monitor and analyze value stream performance data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and address process inefficiencies.
• Experience with value stream mapping and developing strategic plans for process optimization.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional team collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Demonstrated experience in Lean Six Sigma projects with a focus on flow optimization.
• - Proven ability to implement and manage advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT).
• - Experience with supply chain integration and end-to-end value stream mapping beyond production.
• - Familiarity with ERP/MES system optimization for value stream improvement.
• - Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on value stream performance.
