Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, define, and prioritize process improvement projects with significant business impact.
• Drive the execution of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) projects from initiation to completion.
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze data, identify root causes of defects, and develop solutions.
• Implement and sustain process improvements to reduce variation, waste, and defects in manufacturing operations.
• Develop and present project status reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
• Train and coach employees on Six Sigma principles and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing multiple complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment, delivering measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies, including but not limited to DOE, hypothesis testing, SPC, and regression analysis.
• Extensive experience with various manufacturing processes, including Lean manufacturing principles, value stream mapping, and production optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive organizational buy-in for Six Sigma initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., JMP, R)
• - Certification in Lean manufacturing principles
• - Prior experience implementing Six Sigma projects in a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
• - Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement
