Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of shop floor personnel.
• Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of shop employees.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, enforcing all safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, initiating reorders as needed.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management on production planning and process improvement.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of shop machinery and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct personnel.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
