Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies to maintain accurate stock records.
• Oversee and execute regular cycle counting and annual physical inventory programs.
• Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
• Analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and generate reports on inventory performance, turns, and accuracy.
• Manage the identification, valuation, and disposition of obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged inventory.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing departments to improve material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., ERP/WMS) to track and control inventory movement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in inventory control or supply chain management, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory management software.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills for inventory optimization and forecasting.
• Comprehensive understanding of inventory management principles, supply chain logistics, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with advanced features or modules of a major manufacturing ERP system (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle SCM).
