Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure high availability of critical IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing operations (e.g., MES, SCADA, production servers).
• Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including industrial networks, to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing data, intellectual property, and operational technology assets.
• Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals across the production floor and administrative environments.
• Develop, implement, and test robust backup and disaster recovery strategies for all critical manufacturing data and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on IT/OT integration projects, system upgrades, and new technology deployments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments (2016+).
• Demonstrated experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Experience implementing and managing backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and system administration tasks.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP in a production environment.
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) networks, industrial control systems (ICS), or SCADA.
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence and industrial cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with IoT platforms or edge computing in a manufacturing setting.
