Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Cadillac that are seeking skilled Office Managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain office facilities and equipment.
  • Manage office supply inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
  • Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and visitor reception.
  • Process expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
  • Proven experience with inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage office budgets, reconcile expenses, and oversee payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment (e.g., OSHA)
  • Project coordination or administrative support experience in a production or operations setting
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting
  • Experience managing vendor relationships specific to manufacturing supplies or services
