Salary Range: $129,000 - $180,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial acumen
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
