Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and company objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for a diverse manufacturing workforce.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven knowledge of employment law, compliance regulations, and HR best practices specific to manufacturing
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and safety protocols in a factory setting
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Bonus Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP certification
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with HRIS implementation and optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver HR training programs
