Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Plan and execute facility expansion, renovation, and improvement projects.
• Optimize space utilization and ensure an efficient layout for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing budgets, contractors, and multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and environmental compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize preventative maintenance programs.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar professional certification.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and energy management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage capital projects from conception to completion.
