Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in DeWitt that are seeking skilled Facilities Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage facilities-related vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the facility.
• Plan and manage facility improvement projects, including space planning and renovations.
• Optimize utility consumption and manage energy efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and manage the annual facilities operating budget.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and facilities staff.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and preventative maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance within a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) credential
