Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical manuals.
• Install, configure, and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately in a service management system.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing field service duties.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, including experience with PLCs, motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, electronics).
• Proficiency with CAD software for reviewing schematics.
• Prior experience training junior technicians.
