Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wayland that are seeking HR Managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with manufacturing regulations.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all manufacturing positions, including skilled trades and production staff.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the manufacturing sector.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a plant environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and annual reviews for manufacturing teams.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career progression for production employees.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven knowledge of federal and state labor laws, HR best practices, and industry-specific regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation within a production setting
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and union relations (if applicable to the specific manufacturing plant)
