Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in machinery and production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment to optimize performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMI).
• Experience with 480V, 3-phase power distribution and motor controls.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E safety regulations and arc flash hazards.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics and automated manufacturing systems.
• PLC programming proficiency beyond basic troubleshooting (e.g., ladder logic development, HMI integration).
• Arc flash safety training and experience implementing lockout/tagout procedures.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Dual trade qualification (e.g., Industrial Electrician and Millwright).
