Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Grand Haven region seeking Industrial Electricians. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in manufacturing machinery and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, multimeters, and other testing equipment to diagnose root causes.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical controls, sensors, and other devices to meet production specifications.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to execute tasks.
• Document maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent licensure/certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems.
• Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations (e.g., Lockout/Tagout).
