Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Spring Lake that are seeking skilled Inventory Control Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Oversee regular cycle counts and full physical inventories, ensuring accuracy and reconciling discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) to track and monitor inventory movement.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and efficient workflow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for inventory management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including forecasting, demand planning, and optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and improve inventory control processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Project management experience, particularly with process improvement initiatives.
