Salary Range: $48,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished products.
• Utilize precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products according to established procedures.
• Conduct first-article inspections and in-process checks to ensure quality throughout production.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality management system requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification
• Experience with various metrology tools (e.g., CMM, optical comparator, micrometers)
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings (GD&T)
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems for data entry and retrieval
• Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC)
