Salary Range: $67,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to define control system requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to PLC hardware and software.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics integration (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA).
• Familiarity with SCADA/HMI development and integration (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware).
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols beyond basic Ethernet (e.g., EtherCAT, PROFINET).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or C# for data acquisition or custom tool development.
• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
