Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Logistics Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
• Optimize inventory management strategies to minimize carrying costs and prevent stockouts.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Implement and maintain robust logistics software and systems for tracking and analysis.
• Develop and execute transportation plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, safety standards, and customs requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for logistics and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory processes.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD are highly desirable.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin.
• Familiarity with hazardous materials regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA).
• Experience with sustainable logistics practices.
