Salary Range: $58,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor junior machinists, providing training and performance feedback.
• Program, set up, and operate advanced CNC machinery and conventional tools.
• Interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues on machining equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including training and mentoring junior machinists.
• Expertise in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting various CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Strong understanding of G-code programming and ability to interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain tight tolerances and perform quality control checks on finished parts.
