Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen).

- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and the implementation of Lean solutions.
- Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on Lean principles and tools.
- Design and implement visual management systems to enhance operational transparency and control.

- Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., IoT, AI)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
