Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process improvement projects.
• Design and optimize production layouts for improved material flow and reduced lead times.
• Train and mentor production teams on Lean principles and tools.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience implementing Lean principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S) in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and MS Office Suite
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simio).
• Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.
