Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify areas for waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing layouts, workflows, and equipment to enhance productivity.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles and tools to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and best practice implementation.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
