Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design, implement, and validate new equipment and process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor key process indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and monitor process control strategies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with Process Simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Familiarity with SQL and database management
• Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
