Salary Range: $47,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Press Operator / Setups who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust printing machinery for various jobs.
• Monitor press operations to ensure product quality and detect malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during production.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products from the press.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate production logs and complete necessary paperwork.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses (e.g., stamping, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting press issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance on presses
• Forklift certification
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform basic quality checks using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
